Founded in 2024, Guangxi Beihai Qinchen Garments Co., Ltd. is a modern manufacturing enterprise specializing in the design, production, and sales of mid-to-high-end knitted sweaters. Originally established in 2008 as Tongxiang Chengye Garments Co., Ltd. in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, the company has now expanded its production capacity with a new 12,000-square-meter factory in Fucheng Industrial Park, Yinhai District, Beihai, Guangxi. Employing 200 staff members, the facility boasts an annual production capacity of 2 million pieces. Its products are exported to global markets including Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea, and the company has established long-term partnerships with renowned domestic and international apparel brands.

1. Large-Scale Production
-With an annual output of 2 million pieces, the facility is equipped with 100 advanced 12G fully automated double-system computerized flat knitting machines, 110 357G fully automated double-system variable stitch-count flat knitting machines, 150 sewing machines, 24 finishing and ironing systems, as well as integrated washing and drying units and drying ovens, enabling end-to-end production from yarn to finished garments. -The flexible production line supports both small-batch customization and large-scale orders, with short delivery cycles (30-45 days for standard orders).

Five. Factory Layout
The 12,000-square-meter facility is divided into four floors:
The first floor houses the yarn processing and flat knitting machine workshops;
The second floor contains the sewing machine, overlock, lighting, water washing, and flat car workshops;
The third floor accommodates the finishing and ironing, quality inspection, and packaging workshops;
While the fourth floor serves as the finished product warehouse and auxiliary materials storage.
